Hi....I am researching my family history and noticed the surname of Ashton in the list of grave names for St Marys Church,Birkenhead........My Great Great Grandparents were married in this church on 29th May 1869,,,,Marriage Certificate is numbered "Page no 94,,,and item no.188...... I have the original certificate....
Their names were Edward Ashton(24) and Fanny Tharme(22)......Sadly I do not have their death certificates.
Would it be possible to verify if Edward Ashton was buried in the graveyard there?....and if so was his grave moved to
Landican Cemetary in later times?
Hoping you can help me in my search
Regards
Susan Lewis
